Kieran's 1st day in LA!
hey Baby,Today's your first day in LA!! You've been such a good boy all the way here!

You slept in the romper that you were supposed to wear on board. We left our house to pick up Grandpa, so that he could drive us to the airport. You woke up blurry-eyed and stayed awake all the way to the airport. I think you were wondering why we were waking up and going out so early in the morning as you didn't cry a single bit, neither did you ask for milk tho' it was the usual time that you wake for a feed!

We boarded the plane and settled you down. Our plane took off at 620am. You were fantastic baby! You drank some milk and dozed off to bed and slept through the enitre take-off! We had such an easy time with you!
We reached Narita 6hr 20min later. Still you didn't suffer from the earache like Mummy did. You didn't really need your pacifier either! You've got Daddy's ears! We didn't have time to eat at Daddy and Mummy's favourite restaurant at Narita. The plane landed early and we had to disembark out on the tarmac and take a bus into the the airport. It was 13C outside and thus you had to put on your new sweater. You look really cute in it PP!!

Our plane took off for LAX. It was a 9hr 20min journey. Again, you slept through the take-off, and dozed a little in the bassinet that was provided for you! You were a good boy. You took your naps regularly so that Mummy and Daddy could get some rest on the flight.
18 Nov, 730am, LAX
We landed in LAX . We were the first to disembark but last to reach the customs as we had to wait for your stroller to be brought to us. However, we breezed through the customs because we had you with us!! All of Aunty Wens & Grandauntie Maureen's stuff were safe!!! Heh. We saw Granduncle Heng-kit standing at the door waiting for us the moment we walked out! I think you love the weather here baby! Nice and cool!! No more sweaty head when you drink your milk!!!
The weather here is nice and sunny. It was surprisingly warm. We didn't really need blankets at night. (ok, Mummy still covered you up). But, it was nice and cool.. good for acclimatising us before we head to Frisco!

I think you are really jet-lagged baby. You woke up so...oo....oo often the entire night. You woke up every 1-2hr from midnight onwards. You actually woke up, wide awake at midnight, looking for us to play with you! And this morning, you were so...o..ooo sleepy that you went back to bed as though you were still on Singapore time! You've got to start adjusting sweetie, or Mummy will be jet-lagged for as long as you are!!
We were supposed to go church with you today, but you were so sleepy that you slept the entire morning! In the end, Mummy stayed at home with you while Daddy went to church.. hehe.. Well, it was because Daddy went out with Granduncle in the morning to get the Nintendo Wii, but he couldn't get it cos' he didn't have the coupon.. urgh. Anyway, we brought you to Costco in the afternoon and Mummy bought a red suit and a story book for you! I think we'll read the book later yah!
Anyway, we saw a stepping piano and a soft toy book. Maybe Mummy will get it for you when we reach Frisco.
